Posting Daily? You're kidding, right?

Okay, so let me get this straight. I have to post daily????? What the hell did I get myself into? And what to talk about.

Hmmmmm, well, I finished school shopping for the kids and my bunnies are doing the happy dance big time. Back to school tomorrow!!!!!!!! Yay! It can't come soon enough. I have been going out of my mind not getting any new writing done. Not getting much of anything done, actually. I lost the case to my cell phone, couldn't find my keys, then I couldn't find my toothbrush for 3 days. I had to use a child size (I'm talking 3 year old size--new of course). I really thought I'd lost my mind.

Until today.

My cell phone case was under the dining room table, my keys were in the trash, and .... now this is the kicker... I go to open a new bottle of mouthwash this morning (the one supposedly child proof) and it's already unwrapped with the top back on nice and tight. I open it up, and there is my toothbrush floating inside. Of course I couldn't reach it, so I had to dump the mouthwash into a kool-aid jug until my brush fell out, then refill the mouthwash container. And finally go find the guilty culprit hiding under my bed.

so yeah my bunnies are doing the happy dance big time. Even if she is only gone 3 afternoons a week.

Okay, back to trying to work before football practice. Hubby's out of town so I'll get a lot done tonight, but it means taking all 4 monsters to practice with me.

Your bunnies and the happy dance, is this a reference to the hoopla about the bunnies on Yahoo chickies? hee hee.

Congrats on the new blog! And on fishing your toothbrush out of the mouthwash. Some days are like that :)

Hmmmm, bunnies and yahoo chickies??? Sounds interesting.

My bunnies refers to a critique partner (who has to have a dead body in everything she writes) who says that myself and another critique partner live in bunnyland, where everything is happy and no one gets hurt. We're sort of always happy and bubbly.

Except when everyone interrupts our writing, then the fangs come out;)))

By the way, your picture didn't come up when you posted. What's happening to all of the pictures. I love putting a face to people's names, and that's a great picture. Plus I don't want to be the only one whose face is out there consantly.

You already know how I feel about people doing the happy dance right now... I'm against it :-( Everyone should be in grief because Gwyneth has to work.

Aren't you the busy little mommy! Wait until your kids are like teenagers like mine! I'm wishing for those crazy days. Now I have to deal with boys calling, girls calling, girl going to the high school to set up locker and met boys and boy going to the middle school to check out all the new hot chicks. Then of course there is the 9 year old that is just growing up way too fast. Calgon take me away!

Welcome to the world of blogging. Uh oh, hear that sucking sound....yep you're hooked, hang on cuz it can be totally addicting. And I don't believe you have to post every day, it's nice, but put feedblitz on your blog, let people subscribe to your blog and then they know when you've posted something new.

Jen-T I would no more trade little ones for my 9 and 16 yr kids. LOL I just tell them to read the doorknob hanger.

Are you bleeding? Is the house on fire? No, GO AWAY. ROFL

Oh, my God, you ladies are hysterical. Thanks for making me feel welcome, and what the hell is a feedblitz? I swear I really don't know what I'm doing. Just ask Jen. I call the poor woman asking her how to do EVERYTHING!!

My little one starts Mother's Day Out Thursday , and I'm hoping there's a surge in my productivity.

I don't know how you do it with four kids--I'm swamped with two!

But...I did discover that blogging everyday is almost easier than not. You get into a groove where you just do it, and you don't worry about it or procrastinate. Good luck!

Thanks, Alyssa. I guess blogging is like having kids. The more you do it, the easier it gets. Thanks for checking out my blog.

I can relate to the chaotic days... lost cell phone- Ha! Try having your nephew dismantle your cell phone, and then cut the number pad in half with a pair of scissors. - Yup- that right cut the number pad in half. Or paint the tongue and grove walls- white in his bedroom. or become a plumber and tear the pipes out from below the sink. -Yes, he is a busy boy. Pre-K is starting for him and my son- though I am not ready- a part of me dances and whoops.
